D’Arcy Ranch is one of Okotoks’ fastest-growing communities and a great option for buyers looking for newer homes, modern floorplans, and excellent amenities. Homes in D’Arcy Ranch were built primarily from 2018 to present, with a mix of executive townhomes, duplexes, detached family homes, and stunning properties backing onto the golf course, ponds, and green spaces. Over the past 365 days, the average sale price was approximately $671,000.

I’ll admit I’m a little biased because I love golf, but D’Arcy Ranch Golf Club is legitimately one of my favourite golf courses anywhere. It’s affordable, beautifully designed, incredibly well maintained, and right here in Okotoks. Between the course, driving range, restaurant, and fantastic staff, it’s easy to see why so many people love living nearby.

The community is also home to D’Arcy Crossing, offering convenient access to Safeway, restaurants, shopping, and yes… Popeyes. Located on the north side of Okotoks with quick access to Highway 2, D’Arcy Ranch is a popular choice for commuters and families alike. There are also several builders actively constructing homes in the community, and many are offering excellent promotions and incentives. Fun fact: D’Arcy Ranch was built on land once owned by Jerry D’Arcy, a former President of the Calgary Stampede. Today, many homes enjoy views of the Rocky Mountains, foothills, and surrounding escarpments thanks to the area’s natural elevation changes.
